Each delegation is required to bring an adequate supply of official and appropriate delegation stationery. The recommended size for note paper is A6, and the name and section of the receiving delegation must be clearly marked on the front. Notes that contain inappropriate content will be screened and discarded. Disciplinary action may be taken by Administrative Staff or Student Officers against any delegate who abuses the system. Please note that there will be no messenger service between forums.
